This historic downtown Warsaw building was condemned by the city because a masonry wall collapsed causing a structural beam to slip. We shored up the street façade and re-bricked until the wall was back up again. Inside we remodeled for offices on the first floor and a photography studio on the second, and installed some new pressed tin ceilings.
