We raised the roof again! This time the customer wanted a second-floor apartment above the detached garage, which we built without losing the roof. After raising it, the exterior and interior partitions were constructed to create a new two-bedroom apartment with bath, kitchen and living room. Then the roof was re-installed, and the whole project was finished to match the house.
